Interesting read. The question is, will gen yum do something about this foodie obsession?

Easy read and very well written. This book not only dissects the millennial generation's obsession with food, it looks deeper, examining how a fad could affect real change in our food policy. The question is, will millennials step up to the plate (pardon the pun).

Probably more suited to be a long form article, but worth the quick read. Smart points explaining the millennial foodie phenomenon. Especially enjoyed the discussion of "authentic" food. The call to action at the end is a little meaningless, but not unsurprising.
