Good romantic suspense book

I really liked both Matt and Casey. Casey is kidnapped because of something her dad is involved in. Her dad's working with the feds to catch a terrorist whose men kidnap her in order to assure her dad does want they want. Matt is a FBI agent working undercover with the terrorist to bring them down. When he see them bring Casey in, he knows who she is and promises himself he'll do whatever possible to keep her safe and get her out. Casey can tell he's different. He declares to the other men that she's his to do with what he wants and he takes her to his room. Once behind closed doors, he assures her he won't hurt her. It's up to Matt to keep her safe and then he plans on trying to date her once everything is over. There's also a mole planted for the terrorist as well as some other twists and turns. Easy to read and flows smoothly. Told from dual POVs. Liked the other FBI characters.

Matt and Casey

This story was exactly the kind of story I was looking for. Matt is a good guy, but working undercover and therefore, has to act like the bad guy. Casey is a regular girl, her dad is one the bad guys want to influence. She is kidnapped. Matt is stuck. He needs to protect her, as she is innocent in all of this. But, he can't blow his cover. So, he takes control of her kidnapping!
Yup, this story has all you would suspect. The initial 'fear' a woman has of being raping- but that doesn't happen. A general fear that comes with being kidnapped. There is our H- who is protective of her against the bad guys and then the chemistry between Matt and Casey. Plus, don't forget, there's the bigger plot to deal with too!

I really enjoyed this book

I bought this book because I met the author virtually, and I was intrigued enough to see what she wrote.
Now before I begin, I don't buy romantic suspense normally and avoid the sub genre. (Former public attorney and my brow wrinkles if one more person tells me why they are the victim of their own mess.) So forgive me for sounding like a cheerleader. This book had me thinking my usual thoughts about suspense, but then Casey met 'Rock' aka undercover agent Matt. She's been kidnapped and he's protecting her without letting his cover be blown. The interplay between Casey not wanting to fall for her hot kidnapper hit me. I love a good romance.
Then there is the suspense of will they stop the terrorist threat.
Overall, you own't be disappointed. I liked this story.
